30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Here’s how our return policy works: Within 30 days of receiving your purchased physical products from our shop, you can return them for a refund, exchange, or store credit if:
(a) You received a product with damaged or defective packaging;
(b) You received a defective or damaged product;
(c) You received the wrong item;
(d) You changed your mind and wish to return an unused and unopened product.
This 30-day return guarantee applies only to physical products purchased through this website. If you purchased similar products from other retailers, please check their return policies, as we do not have control over them.
Return Costs
Within 14 Days of Receiving the Products
- If you notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchased products that you wish to return them, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. **Shipping costs are non-refundable.** Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund, including the product price and original shipping costs. Please note that express shipping fees are non-refundable if you selected that option.
After 14 Days, but No Later Than 30 Days
- If you notify us after 14 days but no later than 30 days after receiving the products that you wish to return them, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. **Shipping costs are non-refundable.** Once we receive the returned product, we will refund you the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable after 14 days from receiving the product.
Steps to Return a Product
Step #1: Contact our customer support team by sending an email to info@rainawaywipers.com or filling out our contact form within 30 days of receiving the products. Provide your full name, email address, and order number, along with a brief description of why you want to return the product.
Step #2: Our customer support team will respond to your request within 3 business days. If your return request meets the conditions outlined in this return policy and our terms of service, we will send you a return authorization form (Return Merchandise Authorization, "RMA"), which you must complete.
Please note that returns are only accepted with a completed RMA form. We are not responsible for returns made without prior completion of the RMA form, and such returns may not be processed.
Step #3: Securely repackage the product, attach the completed RMA form prominently on the package, and send the products you wish to return to the address specified in the RMA form. Non-defective items must be returned in their original manufacturer condition, in original packaging, and without any damage. For defective items, please contact our customer support team before returning them.
Step #4: Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. After the refund is processed, it typically appears in your bank account within 3-5 business days. The refund will be sent to the original payment method used for the order.
